This website is super easy to get around, and the ordering goes off without a hitch.

The design of my table runner was totally off. I've been reaching out to them for a couple of weeks to get it sorted, and I've sent several emails asking to cancel, but still no response. I'm down £60 and still don’t have my banner. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Awesome price. Quick and efficient service. Signs are top-notch quality. They always package my signs really well.

I really should've checked their Facebook page before placing my order. I got a banner and even shelled out extra for faster shipping. Unfortunately, it didn't show up when it was supposed to. I mistakenly thought they were based in the UK, so I figured they could deliver the banner on time, but turns out it's shipping from Dubai!!!

Steer clear of this place - there are tons of much better banner companies out there.

I dropped over $400 on some 9" acrylic letters, and guess what? Four out of the 23 letters arrived with the vinyl film all messed up. They sent me 4 replacements, but those were just solid colors that don’t even match the originals. Plus, they won’t hold up outdoors, which I specifically mentioned in my order.

Earlier, I had placed a $200 order with Best of Signs for the same letters (our business name), and they had a plastic film on them too. They told me they couldn’t do solid colors. Funny to find out they’re actually the same company! If I had known that, I wouldn’t have bothered with Banner Buzz!

I’ve sent an email and got no reply, tried their chat service with no luck, and even called, only to be put on hold behind 10 other customers... just for them to hang up on me!

This is totally unacceptable! I either want my money back or the 19 new letters in solid color!

Placing an order online and uploading the graphics for the banner was a breeze. The cost is really good and quite reasonable. Can't wait to get the banner next week!

The graphics are still decent, but I was let down when I unwrapped the package. It was all crumpled. I tried leaving it out for a couple of days, but it didn’t improve at all. The attempt to include a free gift with it messed up the sign itself. Now I'm thinking about whether to order it again. I've had two previous ones that turned out perfectly.

Caution for shoppers. I ordered a feather flag and got it in mid-November. We set it up outside in December, and by the end of April, it was already torn. When I reached out to them about getting a replacement, it took nearly four weeks for a response, and they just offered me 15% off another item. Seriously, why would I want to buy something else from a place that sells products that barely last six months? Just a heads up: your purchase is only expected to hold up for about 120 days.

I never got my order. It got stuck in customs coming from China, and UPS wouldn't release it unless I forked over extra brokerage fees. I ended up missing my events because this so-called 'Canadian' site can't actually ship to Canada.

Awful Experience with This Company. This was my first and last order, no doubt about it. I got a big banner for my business for an event. It showed up all messed up, with holes and scratches, making it totally useless. I had to shell out a bunch of cash for a new one to be printed in a hurry.

These jokers asked me for a photo of the damage and the packaging, which I sent over.

Then they wanted a picture of the entire banner, which was massive. There was no way it would fit in my small apartment, even laid out on the floor.

So, they refused to give me a refund without that.

What a complete joke. Don’t deal with these scammers.

They don’t give you a heads up, but your order will come from India and then get stuck for who knows how long waiting for 'International Shipment Release.' I've been hanging on for almost a month now. The delivery date has come and gone. My event has already passed, so the item is totally useless to me now. Still, this company won’t give me a refund and just tells me to hang tight 'for some time' until the package shows up. I seriously regret ever placing an order with them and won’t be doing it again.

I ordered a birthday banner, and the design was a breeze with quick shipping. But when it arrived, it was damaged and obviously not packed properly. When I reached out about my issue, the response I received was for a completely different item! Talk about a lackluster after-sales support.
